Hi. I found your blog last year. I can't remember the exact date. Since then nag-aantay ako ng bago mong post mo. Gusto ko talaga mag leave ng message/comment sa mga previous posts mo pero wala akong lakas ng loob. Kahit na mag-anon ako, hindi ko pa rin magawa. Pero ngayon, gusto kong gawin yung mga bagay na natatakot akong gawin noon.
Anyway, I was watching Starting Over Again the other day and naalala kita kay Marco, yung leading man sa movie. Ayoko maging spoiler kaya watch it na lang. :)) But right after watching it, sinulat ko to para sayo.
I came across this article on the internet that says
"God determines who walks into your life. It is up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay and who you refuse to let go."
Life is about making choices. Every morning when we wake up we can choose joy, happiness, pain, etc. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are our own responsibility. But how do we know if we made the right choice? Actually, di ko rin alam yung sagot.
Moving on is also a choice. To move on does not always mean to forget. For me, it is about acceptance. We accept na tapos na talaga. That we are no longer part of their lives. Yes it is not easy. But let us give ourselves a chance to be happy again. To love again. Maybe that heartbreak is God's way of saving us from the wrong one. Sabi nga sa movie na one more chance, baka kaya tayo iniiwan ng mga taong mahal natin kasi baka merong bagong darating na mas okay, na mas mamahalin tayo. Yung hindi tayo sasaktan at yung magtatama lahat ng mali sa buhay natin.
We don't really stop loving a person, we simply learn to live without them. I don't know kung kailan mo to mababasa but I want you to know that everyone deserves to be happy, including you. i hope we meet someday. And sana sa mga panahong yun, masaya ka na. I wish happiness for the both of us! :)
